You are not missing a corner of the map. The developers replied in the Steam discussion that the quest "seems to be a bit bugged" and that they are looking to fix it as soon as possible. Multiple players report the buyer still cannot be found after Update #1, so there is currently no in-game way to complete that order.

The thread on the Steam discussion board is called "Can't find a buyer in Atrium", and a reply from Digital Vortex Entertainment sits in the middle of it. The wording is short and unambiguous, and it is the reason this page exists rather than a list of places to look.

That reply is the highest-authority statement available on this problem, and it is the same pattern as the shop key: a quest-state issue rather than a missing object. Nothing in the Update #1 patch notes mentions the Atrium buyer specifically, so the acknowledgement in the thread is still the most recent official word.

The doorway problem people hit next

One player in the same thread got further than the rest — they managed to hand strawberries to a character in the Atrium, and then got a "pick up your gifts" prompt while being unable to walk back through the doorway.

Their own fix was physical rather than clever: they jumped over the door threshold. It is worth knowing because it is a movement bug rather than a quest state, and jumping is the kind of thing players do not think to try when a game has told them to pick something up. Update #3 on 10 September lists a fix for collision near the entrance to the atrium shop; the notes do not say whether that is this doorway.

What to do in the meantime

Treat the order as parked rather than failed. There is no reported way to cancel a world order, though Update #3 says invalid orders are now removed correctly; whether this one counts as invalid is not stated. The practical move is to carry on with everything else — the café, the cooking loop, the rest of the quest chain — and leave that entry sitting in the Orders list.

It is also worth keeping your version current. The developers shipped Update #1 the day after launch and said explicitly that it was shaped by the Steam discussions and Discord, so a fix arriving in a later patch is the most likely resolution.
