The official channels

These four links appear at the foot of the developers' own Steam announcements, including the FAQ post and the launch announcement. They are the accounts the developers run.

The publisher, Digital Vortex, also maintains its own site, which lists Tiny Eden among its games.

Where the developers actually post

Substantive announcements go to Steam first. The FAQ, the demo launch, the release date, both wishlist milestones and the pricing breakdown were all published as Steam announcements.

The social accounts carry the same news, so Steam is the channel to follow if you want the detail rather than the highlight.

The developers have used the Steam discussions to answer whether the game uses generative AI (what they said), and every patch's notes are listed on the patch notes page.

The Steam discussion board is the support venue

The game's Steam Community board is where players raise problems directly. Existing threads cover demo launch failures, a fatal startup error, lost saves, an abnormal indoor temperature reading, clutter, the pot menu and translation quality.

Two of those threads are about localisation specifically — one reporting that the German translation reads poorly, and one requesting Turkish support.

No Reddit community is listed among the developers' own channels. Any subreddit that exists is player-run rather than official.

What the community is for

One mechanic makes the community more than a news feed: the FAQ states that players can share the plant varieties they breed with each other.

How that sharing works technically is not described in any official source, so whether Discord is the intended venue for it is unconfirmed (unconfirmed).

Their Steam announcements have covered the FAQ, playtest and demo launches, the release date, both wishlist milestones, and full regional pricing across nine currencies.

They also publish dev logs. Titles have included one on the decisions behind every plant and one making the case that you do not feed the plant, you feed the soil.

Two of the threads on the discussion board are about language. One reports that the German translation reads poorly; another requests Turkish support.
